Decorated with colourful sprinkles and bursting with cake batter flavour, this fudge is a festive addition to any celebration or a sweet way to treat yourself any day of the year. Let’s get started and turn your kitchen into a fudge-filled fiesta!
Ingredients:
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups white baking chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups Funfetti cake mix, not prepared
- 3 tablespoons sprinkles
Method:
Line an 8-inch square pan with foil or parchment; lightly grease.
In a large heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir the milk, baking chips, butter and salt until smooth.
Remove from the heat; stir in the cake mix until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and sprinkle with the sprinkles.
Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
Use the foil to lift the fudge out of the pan. Remove the foil; cut the fudge into 1cm squares.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
