They’re vegan, gingery, and reminiscent of reindeer! These cookies will surely delight everyone, not just the youngest fans of holiday sweets.
Ingredients:

- Colored sprinkles – 15 g
- Pretzels – 50 g
- Chocolate-coated candies – 30 g
Dry Ingredients:
- Ground ginger – 1 teaspoon
- Whole wheat flour – 210 g
- Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 pinch
Wet Ingredients:
- Maple syrup – 4 tablespoons
- Water – 1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix the dry ingredients for the dough Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough in a bowl.

Step 3: Combine the contents of both bowls Pour the wet ingredients for the dough into the dry ones, mix, and knead until you get a uniform, smooth mass. If the dough is too crumbly, add a little water.
Step 4: Roll out the dough Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut out cookies using a round cutter.
Step 5: Bake and decorate the cookies Transfer the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 7-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Let cool.
Once cooled, cover the cookies with melted dark chocolate and decorate with pretzels, chocolate-coated candies, and sugar stars on top. Use them to create reindeer heads.
