Fluffy nutritious cupcakes that are perfect at any time of the day! With natural yogurt and fruit, they taste excellent.
Ingredients
For 12 servings of muffins
- Brown sugar – 8 g
- Egg – 2 pieces
- Buttermilk – 240 g
- Wheat flour – 30 g
- Canola oil – 8 ml
- Walnuts – 70 g
- Oat flakes – 55 g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Additionally
- Natural yogurt – 100 g
- Orange – 1 piece
Preparation
Chop the nuts and oat flakes. Then prepare two bowls. In one, mix the dry ingredients, and in the other, the wet ones. Combine both mixtures, either by hand or with a spoon. Pour the ready dough into muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
How to serve? Serve with natural yogurt and fruit, e.g., orange.
