Ingredients
- Sugar: 240 g
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Red apples: 3 pieces
- Eggs: 4 pieces
- Wheat flour: 260 g
- Sunflower oil: 160 g
- Walnuts: 150 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Separate egg whites from yolks and beat them until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar while continuously beating, then add egg yolks one by one. Slowly add flour along with baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Pour in the oil. Peel and dice the apples. Add them to the batter. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan, finely chop them, and mix with the other ingredients. Gently fold everything together. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
