Ingredients:
- 80ml Gin
- 50ml Amaretto
- 50ml double cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon curd
- ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla paste
- A handful of ice

Method:
In a cocktail shaker, pour the gin, amaretto, double cream, lemon curd and vanilla paste.
Add a handful of ice to the shaker.
Shake well until chilled and the lemon curd is fully incorporated.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
