Ingredients

  • Banana – 120 grams
  • Natural yogurt – 90 grams
  • Natural cocoa – 5 grams
  • Several mint leaves

Preparation

Step 1 Peel the banana and cut it into smaller pieces.

Step 2 Place it in a blender along with cocoa, yogurt, and a few mint leaves.
