Ingredients
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder – 4 teaspoons
- Ground coffee – 25 g
- Amaretto liqueur – 40 ml
- Coffee liqueur – 120 ml
- Heavy cream (30%) – 300 g
- Ladyfingers – 4 pieces
- Ice – 8 cubes
Preparation
Step 1: Brew the Coffee Brew 250 ml of espresso. Let it cool, then refrigerate.
Step 2: Combine the Cocktail Ingredients Whip 100 g of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then add sugar. Prepare a portion of the cocktail by mixing in a shaker 1/4 of the espresso, 30 ml of coffee liqueur, 10 ml of amaretto, and 50 g of liquid cream with ice cubes. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a tablespoon of whipped cream, sprinkle with a little cocoa powder, and serve with a ladyfinger on the side.
