Ingredients
- Blackberries: 1 cup
- Banana: 1 piece
- Kefir: 1 cup
- 3.2% milk: 1 cup
- Whipped cream: for decoration
- Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
Sort and rinse the blackberries, then dry them on a sieve. Place them in a blender, pour in the milk, add kefir, peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces, add honey, and blend everything into a smoothie. Pour into tall glasses, decorate with a dollop of whipped cream, garnish with blackberries and mint leaves.
