- Egg, 100 g
- Egg yolk, 30 g
- Cottage cheese, 225 g
- Heavy cream 30% or 36%, 175 g
- Vanilla bean, 1/2 bean
- Orange zest, a pinch
- Powdered sugar, 80 g
- All-purpose flour, 30 g
- Blueberries, 200 g
- Blackcurrant liqueur, 100 ml
- Quince jam, 100 g
- Blackcurrant ice cream, 4 tablespoons
Preparation
Beat eggs with cottage cheese, then gradually add cream, vanilla, and orange zest while stirring continuously. Towards the end of mixing, add sugar combined with flour. Transfer the mixture into round molds and bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for about 30 minutes. Serve the dessert immediately after removing from the oven with fresh blueberries soaked in blackcurrant liqueur (Crème de Cassis), quince jam, and a scoop of blackcurrant ice cream.
