This cream is delicious and perfect for filling cakes, tortes, and other sweets. It holds its shape well, making it great for decoration too.
Ingredients
- Milk: 750 milliliters
- Egg yolks: 2 pieces
- Vanilla pudding mix: 2 packages
- Butter (82% fat): 200 grams
- Halva: 300 grams
Preparation
- Pour a bit of the 750 ml milk into a bowl and mix the pudding with the egg yolks.
- Bring the remaining milk to a boil and then combine it with the pudding-yolk mixture. Stir until thickened and the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove the pudding from the heat, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it cool completely.
- Soften (!) the butter until creamy and gradually mix it with the cooled pudding.
- Finally, thoroughly mix the cream with the previously crumbled (*) halva.
