A recipe for chocolate cake with strawberries, a delicious bake that you can make in less than 1 hour!
Ingredients
- Flour: 2 and 1/3 cups
- Oil: 2/3 cup
- Sugar: 1 and 1/4 cups
- Eggs: 5 pieces
- Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
- Fresh strawberries: 500 grams
- Dark chocolate: 70 grams
- Heavy cream: 70 grams
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with sugar. While continuously mixing, add the rest of the cake ingredients. Pour onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper (24x36cm). Arrange strawberries on the dough.
- Bake for about 40 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
- Cool and pour with glaze, you can decorate with fresh strawberries.
- Pour the cake with chocolate glaze, which we will make by heating and combining dark chocolate with heavy cream.
