Refreshing ice cream for cooling down. Blackberry flavored, delicious homemade without preservatives. With tangy yogurt and blackberry sauce.
Ingredients
- Condensed milk, 250 milliliters
- Greek yogurt, 250 milliliters
- Heavy cream (30%), 250 milliliters
- Blackberries, 35 dag
Preparation
- Transfer the blackberries to a tall container and blend them with a blender. Strain through a sieve and set aside 1/4 cup of the puree.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add the condensed milk, half of the yogurt, and mix with a mixer. Finally, add the blackberry sauce.
- Line ice cream containers (round ones) with plastic wrap, pour a tablespoon of blackberry sauce, then the prepared mixture, and a little Greek yogurt – alternating until all ingredients are used up. Wrap with plastic wrap from the top and place in the freezer overnight.
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer 30 minutes before serving. If you have trouble removing our ice cream from the container, dip it briefly in hot water.
