A sweet snack made from dried fruits, bananas, and honey. These bars do not contain flour, sugar, or eggs. They are simple and quick to prepare, and very tasty. Their ingredients can be modified by adding coconut flakes or dark chocolate, for example.
Ingredients
- Bananas – 3 pieces
- Shelled sunflower seeds – 150 grams
- Rolled oats – 120 grams
- Unsalted peanuts – 100 grams
- Dried cranberries – 80 grams
- Honey – 2.5 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
Preparation
Mash the bananas with a fork into a smooth paste, add honey, and mix well. Toast the sunflower seeds and rolled oats in a dry pan, let them cool slightly, then add them to the banana mixture. Add peanuts, dried cranberries, and cinnamon, and mix well.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. Bake for about 35 minutes at 170°C, then let it cool and cut into small rectangles.
