Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese – 80 grams
- Cherries – 400 grams
- Egg – 1 piece
- Flour – 2 tablespoons
- Powdered sugar – for dusting
- Milk – 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder – a pinch
- Cinnamon – 1/5 teaspoon
- Cooking oil
Preparation
- Wash and dry the cherries. Do not remove the pits or stems from the fruit. Transfer the cheese, egg, milk, baking powder, and flour to a saucepan. Mix everything thoroughly. The batter should have the consistency of thick cream.
- Heat oil in a frying pan or saucepan. Dip the prepared cherries one by one into the batter.
- Then place them in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Once done, remove and drain any excess oil. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
