This delightful dessert suits any occasion. Elegant, simple, and delicious. What more could one want?
Ingredients
- Flour: 350 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Sugar: 60 g
- Baking powder: 2-3 teaspoons
- Egg: 1 piece
- Salt: a pinch
- Milk: 5 tablespoons
- 30% cream: 300 ml
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Fruits
- Rum: 50 ml
Preparation
O. Soak fruits in rum and refrigerate.
- Mix flour with salt and baking powder. Add chopped butter and sugar – all this preferably on the countertop.
- In the middle of the above mixture, make a hole, add the egg and milk. Chop with a knife until the ingredients combine – but only roughly 😛
- Knead and mold the dough thoroughly by hand.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm (leave it quite thick). Cut out circles – the size of your choice 🙂 Brush the circles with milk.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10-13 minutes – until golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool. Slice them in half horizontally.
- Lightly whip the cream, adding powdered sugar.
- Place fruits on the bottom half of the cookie, cover them with whipped cream, then arrange more fruits. Cover with the other half of the cookie.
