- Pears: 2 pieces
- Parsley: 1 bunch
- Milk: 1 cup
- Oat flakes: 2 tablespoons
Preparation
Soak the oat flakes in water and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Peel the pears, remove the seeds, cut into chunks, and place them in the blender pitcher. Rinse the parsley, chop it, and add it to the pears. Pour in well-chilled milk and add the soaked oat flakes. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately after preparation.
