A delicious and healthy smoothie. Mango provides natural sweetness, so there’s no need to add sugar.
Ingredients
- Mango: 1 piece
- Avocado: 0.5 piece
- Coconut flakes: 1 tablespoon
- Kefir: 1 cup
- Milk: 0.25 cup
Preparation
Peel and pit the mango and avocado, then cut them into chunks. Put them into a blender pitcher. Add the coconut flakes. Pour in well-chilled kefir and milk. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately after preparation.
Note: The smoothie is very thick, so if you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add more milk.
