Oatmeal Cookies with Nuts and Chocolate

A recipe for oatmeal cookies with nuts and chocolate. To make them, you’ll need oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, nuts, butter, chocolate, egg, and baking powder.

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal – 250 grams
  • Pumpkin seeds – 100 grams
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Walnuts – 125 grams
  • Dark chocolate – 100 grams
  • Butter – 120 grams
  • Sugar – 100 grams
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Vanilla sugar for cakes and desserts – 1 packet

Preparation

  1. Grind the oatmeal and pumpkin seeds in a food processor to make flour (you can also buy ready-made oatmeal and pumpkin seed flour in the store), then add baking powder.
  2. Chop the nuts into smaller pieces.
  3. Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces.
  4. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, honey, and egg until fluffy.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture: oatmeal flour, nuts, and chocolate.
  6. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, until the bottoms are lightly browned.
  7. Let the cookies cool, then enjoy them immediately or store them in a metal container.
