Ingredients
- Oat flakes: 50 grams
- Raisins: 15 grams
- Dried apricots: 10 grams
- Buckwheat honey: 4 tablespoons
- Almonds: 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts: 1 handful
Preparation
Chop the nuts and dried fruits very finely. Transfer the chopped ingredients to a bowl, add the oat flakes and honey. Mix everything thoroughly. Moisten your hands with water. Shape the mixture into small, flat cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C for 50 minutes. Allow to cool.
