The perfect dessert! Incredibly simple, yet unbelievably tasty and very healthy.
Ingredients
- Mango: 1 piece
- Passion fruit: 2 pieces
- Natural yogurt: 300 grams
- Fresh raspberries: 1 cup
- Xylitol: 3 teaspoons
- Mint leaves: 4
Preparation
Step 1: Puree the raspberries through a sieve to remove the seeds, add natural yogurt and xylitol*, and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Also, strain the passion fruit seeds through a sieve to extract only the best fruit aroma. Blend the strained passion fruit with peeled mango* into a smooth puree.
Step 3: Place raspberry yogurt at the bottom of glasses or bowls, and then layer with the mango-passion fruit smoothie. Serve the dessert with fresh mint leaves.
