Ingredients:
- macadamia nuts
- white baking chips
- all purpose flour
- unsalted butter
- plain sugar
- eggs
- baking soda
Method:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla. Sift the flour and baking powder into the creamed mixture and mix well.
Fold in the white baking chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by the teaspoonful onto ungreased baking trays.
