Ingredients
- Blueberries – 30 g
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Natural yogurt – 100 g
- Butter – 25 g
- Strawberry – 100 g
- Wheat flour – 2 tablespoons
- Frozen raspberries – 70 g
Preparation
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Transfer the egg whites to a bowl, add sugar, and beat until stiff peaks form. To the beaten egg whites with sugar, add the yolks and flour. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter. Melt the butter in a pan and wait for a moment until the water evaporates from it. Then pour the omelette batter into the pan and cook over low heat covered for a few minutes.
Flip the omelette to the other side (it’s good to have another identical pan with a small amount of melted butter) and cook for a while. If using frozen fruits: Bring the fruits to a boil in the pan. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar to the boiled fruits to evaporate the water from them (to obtain a jam-like consistency). Transfer the omelette to a plate. Arrange fresh fruits or prepared fruit jams on one half. Sprinkle the omelette with powdered sugar and drizzle with natural yogurt.
