Ingredients
- Blueberries – 100 g
- Vanilla ice cream – 100 ml
- Raspberries – 140 g
- Heavy cream (30%) – 25 ml
- Strawberries – 140 g
- Strawberry ice cream – 100 ml
Preparation
Step 1: Whip the Cream Pour the well-chilled heavy cream into a bowl or tall container and whip until stiff peaks form. Wash the fruits. Cut the strawberries in half.
Step 2: Arrange Ice Cream and Fruits in Dessert Cups Divide the ice cream and fruits into two dessert cups. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
You can also serve the ice cream with mashed raspberries sweetened with a bit of sugar or drizzled with melted chocolate.
