Cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces and combine with avocado in a blender container. Add dates, oats, peanut butter, and cocoa powder, then blend the ingredients into a smooth mixture. Transfer the chocolate smoothie to a bowl and decorate with coconut flakes, flaxseed, goji berries, cranberries, and fresh fruits.
Pour maple syrup into a bowl, add egg and peanut butter. Mix everything together. Add oats and baking soda, then stir the mixture with a spatula. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop balls of dough onto the baking sheet. Gently flatten them. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Spread peanut butter and jam on one cookie, then cover with another cookie to form sandwiches.
