Cocoa-almond shortbread cookies

Easy-to-make cookies with almonds that you can bake in no time. Their rich cocoa flavor has already captivated many!

Ingredients

  • Sugar: 75 g
  • Vanilla sugar: 1 packet
  • Egg yolk: 1
  • Cocoa powder: 15 g
  • Butter: 150 g
  • Almonds: 100 g
  • Flour (type 650): 200 g

Preparation:

Sift the flour and add sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, egg yolk, and cocoa. Knead the dough until it forms a smooth consistency (do not knead for too long). Finally, add the almonds. Shape the dough into a cylinder. Place it in the refrigerator for about 40-50 minutes.

Once the dough is firm, cut it into slices about 5-6 mm thick. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12-14 minutes at a temperature of about 180°C.
