Ingredients
- goji berries – 30 g
- cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
- almonds – 100 g
- coconut oil -1 tablespoon
- oats – 30 g
- salt – a pinch
- dried dates – 150 g
Additionally
- chia seeds – 1 tablespoon
- coconut flakes – 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Place almonds, oats, goji berries, dates, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and salt in a blender container and pulse (with the measuring cup closed) for 30 seconds/speed 6. Transfer to another container and, using slightly dampened hands, shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls, making around 15 pieces.
Roll half of the balls in coconut flakes and the other half in chia seeds. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator. You can also coat them in poppy seeds, ground almonds, cocoa, or other seeds.
