Ingredients:
- 96 ritz crackers
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 2 pounds milk chocolate coating, melted
- sprinkles (optional for decoration)
Method:
Spread half of the Ritz crackers with creamy peanut butter.
Spread the remaining crackers with marshmallow cream.
Wrap a peanut butter cracker around a marshmallow creme cracker to make a cracker sandwich.
Place the cracker sandwiches on waxed paper-lined trays and freeze for about 15 minutes or until set.
When set, dip the sandwiches into the melted milk chocolate coating, allowing any excess to drip off.
If you’re using sprinkles, now’s the time to add them for a bit of fun and colour.
