Frozen Berry & Yoghurt Swirls

This recipe combines the creaminess of Greek yoghurt with the natural sweetness of fresh berries. Frozen Berry & Yogurt Swirls are a refreshing and healthy treat, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients:

  • 10 plastic or paper cups (3oz each)
  • 2-3/4 cups fat free honey Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 10 wooden popsticks

Method:

Fill each cup with about 1/4 cup of Greek yoghurt1.

Place the mixed fresh berries, water and sugar in a food processor1.

Pulse until the berries are finely chopped1.

Spoon 1-1/2 tablespoons of the berry mixture into each cup1.

Gently stir with a popstick to create a swirl effect1.

Cover the cups with foil and insert the popsticks through the foil1.

Freeze until set.
