Yellow Fruit Smoothie

A smoothie as yellow as the sun! With pineapple, mango, and bananas, topped with nuts.

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • Pineapple – 1 pc.
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Mango – 1 pc.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Cashew nuts – 20 g
  • Coconut milk – 250 ml

Decoration

  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Cashew nuts – 30 g

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare Smoothie Ingredients Toast the nuts in a dry pan, then let them cool. Peel the pineapple, mango, and banana. Cut the pineapple and mango into cubes.

Step 2: Blend the Smoothie Put all the fruits into the blender jar. Add orange and lemon juice, as well as the nuts. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add coconut water. Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with lemon zest and nuts.
