For decoration:

Curd filling:
- Powdered sugar, 60 g
- Egg, 2
- Vanilla cream cheese, 150 g
- Full-fat curd cheese, 275 g
For crepes:
- Vanilla sugar, 2 packets
- Egg, 3
- Wheat flour, 200 g
- Milk (3.2%), 500 ml
- Oil, 5 tablespoons
- Salt, 1 pinch
- Sparkling water, 100 ml
- Raspberry jam, 220 g
Chocolate glaze:
- Butter, 1 tablespoon
- Heavy cream (30%), 100 ml
- Dark chocolate, 100 g
Preparation:
Mix all the crepe ingredients and let the batter rest for 20-30 minutes. Then, fry the crepes in a small pan with a diameter of 17 cm.
For the chocolate glaze, bring the cream to a boil, add the broken chocolate, and stir until the chocolate melts. Finally, add the softened butter.
For the curd filling, beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar, gradually adding curd cheese and vanilla cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
Alternate layers of cooled crepes with the curd filling and raspberry jam, stacking them to form a cake. Finally, pour the chocolate glaze over the top and decorate with the fruits.
