Ingredients

  • All-purpose or cake flour – 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder – 3 teaspoons
  • White chocolate – 100 grams
  • Vegetable oil – 1/2 cup
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Do not use a mixer.
  2. In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients thoroughly, and finely chop the white chocolate with a knife.
  3. In another bowl, mix the remaining four ingredients together. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones.
  4. Mix with a spoon, not too long. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  5. Fill the liners with batter to 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
