Ingredients
- All-purpose or cake flour – 1 tablespoon
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 3 teaspoons
- White chocolate – 100 grams
- Vegetable oil – 1/2 cup
- Egg – 1 piece
- Milk – 1 cup
- Vanilla extract
Preparation
- Do not use a mixer.
- In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients thoroughly, and finely chop the white chocolate with a knife.
- In another bowl, mix the remaining four ingredients together. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones.
- Mix with a spoon, not too long. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Fill the liners with batter to 3/4 full.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
