Ingredients
- Brown sugar: 120 g
- White chocolate with nuts: 200 g
- Egg: 1
- Butter: 120 g
- Wheat flour: 220 g
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 0.5 teaspoon
Preparation
Place softened butter in the mixer bowl. Gradually add sugar while mixing. Finally, add the egg. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Chop the chocolate.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix. Finally, add the chocolate. Knead the dough by hand. Use a cookie scoop to form balls, then flatten them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in an oven preheated to 175°C for 9-12 minutes.
