Ingredients
- avocado: 2
- cocoa powder: 3 tablespoons
- coconut milk: 400 g
- lime juice: 10 ml
- dried dates: 5
- maple syrup: 160 g
- shredded coconut: 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Step 1: Preparing the ice cream
Place the avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and place it in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming. The mixture will set in about 3 hours.
Step 2: Serving the ice cream
Scoop the ice cream into bowls using an ice cream scoop. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
