Vanilla-raspberry-coconut ice cream

Turn up the flavor of vanilla ice cream with raspberries and coconut. It’s really simple. And so delicious! Try it yourself!

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream – 1 kg
  • Raspberries – 500 g
  • Fresh mint leaves – 25 g
  • Coconut flakes – 150 g

Instructions

Slightly thaw the vanilla ice cream. Arrange raspberries on top of the ice cream and quickly whisk them in. Optionally, add coconut flakes according to your preference.

Re-freeze the ice cream mixture (about 20 minutes), then scoop it into balls. Serve with additional raspberries and mint leaves.
