  • Vanilla sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: 2 tablespoons

Preparation

  1. Mixing Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar until well combined.
    • Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla pudding mix, alternating with milk. Mix well after each addition.
  2. Adding Oil:
    • Add the oil and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  3. Cooking Pancakes:
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. No additional oil is needed on the pan as it is already in the batter.
    • Using a spoon, pour small portions of the batter onto the hot pan.
