A traditional recipe for delicious pancakes with honey and vanilla.
Ingredients
- Eggs: 4 pieces
- Milk: 2 cups
- All-purpose flour: 2 cups
- Oil: 1/2 cup
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: a pinch
- Honey
Preparation
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Then add the oil and vanilla extract.
- Combine with milk and mix well.
- Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder to the milk mixture, then mix again.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the batter.
- Pour small portions of the batter onto a hot pan without fat and cook until golden brown on both sides.
