Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 230 g
  • Granulated sugar – 170 g
  • Butter – 170 g
  • Whole milk (3.2%) – 140 ml
  • Powdered sugar – 60 g
  • Eggs – 3 pieces
  • Vanilla beans – 4
  • Baking powder – 5 g
  • Salt – 1.5 g

Preparation

In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the granulated sugar, then beat them until smooth. Slowly add the butter to the egg mixture while continuously mixing. Cut the vanilla beans in half and scrape out all the seeds, then add them to the mixture. Also, add the baking powder and powdered sugar, then mix again.

Gradually add the milk to the mixing mixture. Mix until the batter is smooth and uniform. Line each muffin mold with paper liners, then spoon the batter into them. Fill the liners about 3/4 full to avoid spilling the batter and excessive rising. Place the molds in the oven and bake. The baking time should not exceed 25 minutes.

When the cupcakes are baked, slightly open the oven door and let them cool briefly. After about 15 minutes, remove the cupcakes from the oven and decorate them with sifted powdered sugar. Allow them to cool completely. You can also fill these prepared cupcakes, drizzle them with icing, or frost them — the choice is yours!
