A delicious and elegant two-tone mango smoothie with orange and banana. A healthy drink to boost your mood.
Ingredients
For 2 servings
- Ripe mango – 1/2
- Medium banana – 1
- Passion fruit pure – 80 ml (or 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice)
- Juice of 2 large oranges
- A few cherries (fresh or frozen)
- Frozen cherry zest (for decoration)
Preparation
Place the flesh of the peeled mango into a blender, add the peeled banana, passion fruit purée or lemon/lime juice, and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour about 2/3 of the smoothie into glasses. Add cherries to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend again.
Pour or spoon the orange or red part of the smoothie on top of the yellow layer. Garnish with grated frozen cherry. Enjoy!
