Ingredients
- Coconut milk: 1 can
- Milk: 100 milliliters
- Tapioca pearls: 100 milliliters
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Canned mango: 1 cup
Preparation
Mix coconut milk in a saucepan with regular milk. Add tapioca pearls and leave for about 3 hours.
Then add sugar and extract and place the saucepan on the heat. Cook the tapioca, stirring constantly, until the tapioca becomes translucent.
Divide the finished tapioca dessert into glasses and pour the blended mango on top. Serve the dessert while still warm.
