Easy and delicious yogurt-sesame ice cream.
Ingredients
- Greek yogurt, 660g (2 large containers)
- Sweetened condensed milk, 250g (from a can)
- Tahini paste, 2 tablespoons (ready-made or HOMEMADE)
Preparation
Place Greek yogurt in a bowl, add condensed milk, tahini, and mix thoroughly. Transfer to an ice cream maker or sorbet maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions (or place in the freezer for a few hours, stirring the mixture every half hour to remove ice crystals).
Scoop ice cream into small bowls, drizzle with tahini sauce (recipe below), and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
