A simple recipe for a super sweet snack.
Ingredients
- Rice cakes – 3 pieces
- Cottage cheese – 50 grams
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Banana – 1
- Chocolate sauce
Preparation
- Drain excess liquid from the cottage cheese and transfer it to a bowl. Cut half of the banana into slices – these will be used for decoration, and dice the other half into small pieces and add it to the cottage cheese. Add a teaspoon of honey and gently mix everything together.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on the rice cakes, decorate with chocolate sauce, and serve immediately after preparation.
