Sweet-filled Pancakes

Healthy and sweet. What more could you want? An ideal snack, dessert, breakfast, or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pancakes – 14
  • Homemade roasted apples – 1.5 liters
  • Liquid honey – 4 tablespoons
  • Almond sticks – a handful
  • Dried cranberries – a handful
  • Dried apricots – a handful
  • Candied lemon peel – 50 grams
  • Raisins – a handful
  • Liquid honey for drizzling – 1

Preparation

  1. Fry the pancakes (you can use your own recipe and stack them on a plate one on top of the other). Transfer the roasted apples from the jar into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, but chop the apricots before adding, and mix the filling. Step 1 – Sweet-filled Pancakes photo
