Ingredients:
- Blanched almonds, 20 g
- Dark chocolate (>70% cocoa), 100 g
- Dried dates, 10 pieces
- Tahini sesame paste, 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
Step 1: Stuffing the Dates Carefully slit each date and remove the pit. Fill each date with a small amount of tahini paste and insert an almond. Place the prepared dates in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Step 2: Decorating the Dates Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt it using a double boiler method. Dip the chilled dates into the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper. Serve the sweet treats after the chocolate has hardened.
Tip! For a beautiful presentation, you can decorate the stuffed dates with chopped nuts, freeze-dried fruits, or orange zest. Make sure to do this before the chocolate completely sets.
