Ice cream that you can whip up in a flash! Then all you have to do is wait for them to freeze nicely. A fantastic option for hot summers!
Ingredients
- Powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Natural yogurt – 200 g
- Strawberries – 250 g
- Lemon juice – 8 ml
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or with a hand blender. Pour some of the blended ice cream base into popsicle molds. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Once frozen, remove the molds and gently warm them in your hands, then remove the frozen ice cream on a stick.
