Ingredients
- Oatmeal, 1/2 cup
- Small banana, 1
- Strawberries, 1 cup
- Honey or maple syrup, 1 tablespoon
- Greek yogurt, 150 g
- Milk (dairy or plant-based, e.g., soy, rice, coconut), 150 ml
Preparation:
Pour the oatmeal into the blender container, add the milk, yogurt, peeled banana, and hulled strawberries. Add the honey and blend until smooth.
