A classic among ice creams. No one can resist it.
Ingredients
- 30% cream, 400 ml
- Milk, 100 ml
- Egg yolks, 2 pieces
- Powdered sugar, 50 g
- Strawberries, 0.5 kg
- Sugar, 2 tablespoons
Preparation
Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the milk while continuously whisking.Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring frequently.
Once the mixture thickens, remove from heat and let it cool. Blend the strawberries with sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Combine all 3 mixtures, mixing thoroughly but gently. Transfer to a plastic container and place in the freezer. The ice cream will be ready in about 4 hours.
