Ingredients
- Brown sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Red chili pepper – 0.5 pcs.
- Grapefruit – 1 pc.
- Pear – 1 pc.
- Persimmon – 1 pc.
- Lime – 1 pc.
Preparation
Step 1: Extract Juice from Fruits Blanch the lime with hot water, then finely grate the peel. Squeeze the juice from the lime and grapefruit.
Step 2: Blend Chili with Juice Clean the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and roughly chop it. Peel and cut the persimmon and pear into large chunks. Blend them with chili and a bit of grapefruit juice.
Step 3: Add Grapefruit and Lime Juice Add the remaining grapefruit and lime juice, along with a pinch of grated lime peel. Blend until a fluffy smoothie forms, then season with a bit of sugar (to taste). Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and garnish with slices of persimmon.
