This no-bake treat is easy to make and perfect for satisfying both sweet and salty cravings. It’s a popular choice for parties, gatherings or just a fun snack to enjoy at home.
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (9-3/4 oz each) corn chips, halved
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Method:
Spread one package of corn chips on the bottom of a greased 13×9 inch baking pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips over the corn chips.
Combine sugar and corn syrup in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then cook and stir for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the corn chips and chocolate chips.
Top with the remaining packet of corn crisps and the remaining cup of chocolate chips.
Drizzle the remaining peanut butter mixture over the top.
Allow to set and then cut into bars.
