Rocky Road Fudge Pops are a delicious and fun treat that combines the flavours of chocolate, peanuts and marshmallow. These homemade pops are easy to make and perfect for a hot summer’s day. Enjoy the creamy chocolate pudding base, the crunch of peanuts and the sweetness of marshmallow cream in every bite.
Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1 packet (3.4 oz.) Cook and Serve Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 paper disposable cups (3 oz each)
- 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
- 12 wooden popsticks
Method:
In a saucepan, combine the milk and chocolate pudding mix. Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to the boil. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Stir the chopped peanuts and chocolate chips into the pudding mixture.
Pour the mixture into the paper cups, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
Spoon a tablespoon of marshmallow cream into each cup, using a spoon to push it down into the fudge mixture.
Insert a wooden popstick into each cup and push it down into the marshmallow creme.
Place the cups in the freezer and freeze until set, about 5 hours or overnight.
