Ingredients
Strawberries
- Strawberries, 300 g
- Sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Juice from 1/4 lemon or orange
Filling
- Ricotta cheese, 250 g
- Vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon
- Lemon or orange zest, 1/2 teaspoon (grated)
To serve
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Prepare the pancakes (see recipe).
Cut the strawberries into pieces, place them in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and add the lemon or orange juice. Mix and set aside.
Mix the ricotta with the vanilla sugar and the grated zest.
Heat the pancakes, spread a spoonful of ricotta filling on each one, and fold them into triangles.
Top with strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
